Enrollment Process

  • If you are interested in enrollment, please call the school or email admin@jcajacksonville.org to schedule a tour.

    This tour will allow you to see the facility, learn about our curriculum and procedures, and meet the principal. It is preferred that the student(s) is/are also in attendance for the tour.

  • After the tour, if all parties would like to continue with the enrollment process, please:

    1. Complete the enrollment application

    2. Send Pastor Recommendation Form to respective personnel

    3. Return application, request for records, and financial agreement either in person or by emailing to admin@jcajacksonville.org

    Provide the school with the following:

    1. Physical examination from the state of Florida

    2. Immunization Record from the state of Florida

    3. Copy of Birth Certificate

    4. Copy of Social Security Card for Student (and Parent, if awarded scholarship funding)

    5. Report Card, discipline records, and attendance records from last school attended

    6. Scholarship Award letter (if applicable)

    7. IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)

  • Upon completion of steps 1 and 2, the school will contact you to schedule placement testing. These tests generally take 4-5 hours and are not a pass or fail, but rather utilized in the proper placement in our curriculum. The fee for testing is $40.

    After the testing is complete, the school will analyze the test results and begin review of all records, which may include contacting the previous school for information in determination of acceptance. The school administration will notify the parent/guardian within 15 days with a decision as to whether the child has been accepted. Further instructions to complete the enrollment process will be given at that time.

$400, due at time of registration

(includes standardized testing fees, school picture, and yearbook.

Curriculum Fee - Grades 1-6

$800, due July 1st

Curriculum Fee - Grades 7-12

$900, due July 1st

Additional Fees

Additional fees include uniforms and educational resources. Recipients of an FTC scholarship from Step Up for Students will receive uniforms from the school. All other families must provide their own uniforms, per handbook guidelines.

$700.00, monthly

5% discount for tuition paid in one lump sum. Please contact the school for more information.
