  • Upon completion of steps 1 and 2, contact the school to schedule an interview in which you will have an opportunity to meet the principal, view the facility, become familiar with the school curriculum and discuss any other concerns. The prospective student must attend the interview with the parent.

If after the interview, all parties are in agreement to continue the process, a diagnostic testing date will be scheduled for the student. These tests generally take 4-5 hours and are not a pass or fail, but rather utilized in the proper placement in the Accelerated Christian Education curriculum. The fee for testing is $40.

After the testing is complete, the school will analyze the test results and begin review of all records, which may include contacting the previous school for information in determination of acceptance. The school administration will notify the parent/guardian within 15 days, with a decision as to whether the child has been accepted. Further instructions to complete the enrollment process will be given at that time.
